Job title: Re-active Service Support Technician
Location: Bromley office
Summary:
To provide re-active and critical server 2+2 support to clients. The individual will be working in a small team.
Duties include:
- Warranty management
- Dealing With HP, Dell and IBM servers daily and where needed liaising with their in house technical support
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to clients
- Hand holding 2+2 and all critical server calls from cradle to grave
- Dealing with in house management tools these will include HP Insight Manager and HP OpenView when needed to isolate faults
- Providing a reactive service to in house clients
- Providing Documentation for reactive clients and internal process's
- Assisting engineers onsite with technical and logistical support
- Assisting Internal departments with technical and logistical support
- Visiting Clients when needed to improve business relationships and deal with technical issues
The Individual must have basic server hardware skills and must have basic Microsoft software skills. Also the applicant must be able to use there initiative and think on there feet.
