Alan Cantwell, CEO
Alan, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Selection Services Plc. He has been fortunate enough to have developed a management team who take responsibility for the day to day running of the Company. Through the use of very tight reporting procedures Alan, with his operations team, monitors the performance and development of the services sold by the Company.
Grahame Harrington, Managing Director
Grahame was promoted to Managing Director in July 2000 after serving as Sales Director for the previous two years. Grahame was responsible for doubling the size of the business whilst he was Sales Director. Prior to joining Selection Services in 1996, Grahame was employed as an IT Manager by a Nationwide Freight Forwarding Agent before enjoying a Sales career with a London based IT services provider.
Harvey Downer, Finance Director FCCA
Harvey has been Finance Director since 1997 and has contributed to its recent success. He previously worked for the Marriott Hotel Group where he was Financial Controller for the UK contract catering business.
Vince White, Sales Director
Vince White was appointed to the Board in June 2000. He is one of the longest serving members of staff with over 15 years experience in Sales. He formerly worked in both the Consumer and Commercial/Industrial Finance Sector for 3 major European Banks, making the transition to the IT sector upon joining the Company in January 1995.
Joe Rowbotham, European Accounts Director
Joe has worked with Selection Services since June 1998, joining the company after a 12 year career in the City for two global broking houses. Joe initially worked for the New Sales department at Selection before taking over the management of the CRM department in November 2002. During this period, department revenue has more than doubled and customer renewal rates increased to a 92.4% average. Joe was appointed Director in July 2004.
Chris Hughes, Operations Director
Chris Hughes has been with the Company for over 10 years and has accumulated over 20 years experience in the IT industry. Since joining Selection Services he has gained invaluable knowledge having occupied positions in the field, on-site, project engineering and technical support, progressing through to departmental management and culminating in his appointment as Operations Manager.Chris was appointed Operations Director in July 2006.
