Scope of the Quality System
The Quality System is designed to meet the objectives specified within the Quality Standard EN ISO 9001:2000, these are:-
- To consistently provide service that meets customer and regulatory requirements.
- The Quality System, through continued improvement and the assurance of conformity to the above, aims to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process Approach
For the Company to function effectively, it has to identify and manage numerous linked activities, where the output from one process directly feeds the input to the next. This together with the identification and interactions of these processes and their management can be referred to as the “Process Approach”. This approach when used within a quality management system emphasis four key parts: -
- Understanding and meeting requirements
- The need to consider processes in terms of added value
- Obtaining results of process performance and effectiveness
- Continual improvement of processes based on objective measurements.
The methodology known as “Plan- Do- Check- Act” can be applied to all processes

Statement of Policy & Quality
Selection Services Plc has a business objective to maintain ISO Certification. This requires us to continually review our Clients’ requirements and relate these to our current procedures and service offerings. Clearly the Quality Policy must assist the company in achieving its objectives and ultimately its Mission Statement.
Statement of Continual Improvement
Selection Services shall continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management system through preventative actions listed below: -
- The development and maintenance of the quality system
- Day to Day management
- Measurement, Analysis and Actions – Through target lines set
- Training, Awareness and Competence – Through induction & regular reviews, identifying & agreeing training needs
- Suggestion Scheme.
