Outsourced vs. In-House Service Desk Roundtable

As the UK faces a serious shortage of skilled IT professionals that means around 100,000 jobs are expected to go unfilled in the next few years alone, it’s time for your business to seriously consider the benefits it can reap by outsourcing your IT support.

With that in mind, we are holding an exclusive roundtable lunch event where our expert staff and existing Service Desk customers will be looking at the benefits and drawbacks of out-sourced versus in-house support, and we’d like to get your views on this too.

This free event will take place at the Grand Connaught Rooms, 61 -65 Great Queen Street, London, on Thursday 12th July 2012 from midday to 3.30pm. The presentation and discussions will be followed by a three-course networking lunch where the conversations can continue.
