Selection Managed Services just got better. SAM (Selection Automated Management) is our new fully-automated solution for clients who subscribe to our service desk facility. Our existing customers will have this new solution seamlessly integrated into their existing agreement and new customers will benefit when buying our Service Desk and Infrastructure Monitoring & Management services. We have invested in this product so we can enhance the relationship we have with our customers and make the service experience even better.
