From April 24-25, we had a stand at the Service Desk and IT Support Show at Earl's Court. Despite the rain, the show was very well attended and we welcomed almost 300 visitors onto our stand over the two days. All of whom have been entered into our prize draw to win an ipad and the winner will be announced shortly in our next newsletter.
The case studies we were discussing at the show, included David Lloyd Leisure Group's as they have achieved an impressive 50% reduction in support calls since implementing Selection Service Desk. The DB Schenker story was also popular as visitors were keen to find out more about how they too could see the number of issues escalated to their in-house teams drop by 70%.
Our consultants also took part in a couple of the Hot Topic Roundtables, sharing their thoughts and expertise on subjects looking at how to blend in-house and outsourced services, and how businesses can do more for less with the budgets available to them. We've had several follow up meetings scheduled in since returning from the show and look forward to having an even better show in 2013.
