Predominantly based on Prince2 and ITIL Project Management methodology our Project Managers are focused on delivering a cost effective, resilient and risk free conclusion to all commissioned projects that are passed to them by the Consultants.
Selection Services Project Managers operate as a central conduit to all parties concerned, they believe that surprises should be eradicated from the implementation process thus enabling them to deliver the project on-time and on-budget allowing the customer to gain maximum benefit from the investment made.
